The marina consists of a workshop, 60 x 30 ft, offices, canteen and a toilet, 25 x 40 ft, which incorporates a small chandlery. The marina is presently 600 feet of floating jetties with another 400 feet being added with a retail diesel pump and 200 feet of static jetty.

There is also a Cole Telescopic 30 ton capacity mobile crane, six yard trailers, one Zetor tractor and a hard stand area for approximately sixty cruisers.

There are Government grants available for upgrading if required.

This marina is situated on the roadside, 1 mile from the town of Banagher, midway on the river Shannon and between two of the largest lakes on the river, Lough Derg which is famous for watersports, sailing and has a very active water ski club, and Lough Ree.
