This board is really easy to interface to older PCs with an ISA slot (especially if they are running operating systems older than windows NT/2000).

Create computer controlled electronic devices (I used one to make a digital acquisition system). It had multiple Analog and Digital I/Os.

Will be packed well in static dissipative wrapping. Comes with a 3.5 inch disk. This item is unused and untested. I have not even verified that the 3.5 inch disk works. So please be aware of this before buying.

I think it is made by Blue Chip Technology and appears to be a PROTO-1 model. This development board would have been expensive when originally purchased.
